Caesar Salad


3 tbsp Serjella Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp mustard

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tbsp mayonnaise

1 cup chopped lettuce

1 chicken breast, skinless & boneless

1 cup parmesan cheese, grated

White toast bread, cubes

Salt and pepper


  • In a bowl, mix olive oil with lemon juice, mustard, garlic and mayonnaise. Whisk to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a sauce pan over medium heat. Add the bread and garlic. Cook for two minutes or until the bread becomes golden.
  • Add the chicken in a pot and cover with water. Bring to boil. Reduce the heat and cook for 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  • Cut chicken into small strips.
  • In a big bowl, mix the lettuce with chicken strips and bread croutons.
  • Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top and then pour dressing over. Mix to combine.
