Hummus & Vegetables Bruschetta

Ingredients

4 tbsp Serjella Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Hummus

French baguette

1 chopped tomato

½ cup green onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Salt and pepper

 Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 200°C.
  • Cut baguette bread to slices. Brush one side of each slice with olive oil.
  • Toast for 2 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  • In a bowl, mix the tomatoes with green onion and garlic.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Add the balsamic vinegar and mix to combine.
  • Spread hummus on the toasted bread.
  • Top with one tablespoon of the tomato mixture.
